Gurnam Singh Dhillon
Mr. Dhillon is an experienced lawyer working to make the world a better place. Having earned his law degree in 1994, Mr. Dhillon practiced law in India for a considerable period before becoming a Civil (trial) Judge in India rising to become Additional District & Sessions Judge dealing in appellate matters on complex civil, business, and corporate law matters.
Seeking a fresh challenge, Mr. Dhillon earned his Master’s of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School Toronto in 2019 and was called to the Ontario Bar in the same year. Since then, Mr. Dhillon has been extensively practicing in civil litigation, immigration litigation, and Real estate legal matters.
Rao Qasim Ali Khan
Mr. Khan has been an international lawyer for the past fourteen years and has advised clients from over a dozen countries on corporate law, real estate law, commercial law, and business law matters. Mr, Khan has been involved in a host of litigation matters including business and contractual disputes, constitutional matters, and civil litigation.
Mr. Khan is licensed to practice law in Pakistan since 2005 after having completed his Bachelors of Law with honors from the University of London. Mr. Khan worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in Pakistan on high-value contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
Mr. Khan earned his Masters of Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020 and was selected as a fellow at the Institute of Future Law Practice. He has since worked at Bay street and downtown Toronto firms gaining experience firstly in legal support and later as a lawyer after being called to the Bar in Ontario.

Varun completed his Bachelor of Arts with Honours at York University. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from Bond University (Australia). Varun has gained legal experience while articling and working as a legal assistant at boutique firms in Greater Toronto Area and was called to Ontario Bar in 2022. Varun's areas of practice are Family Law, Real Estate, and Corporate Law.
